La Siesta Evangelical Church is an ecumenical English speaking congregation of Baptist, Methodist, United Reform, Church of Scotland, Presbyterian Church in Ireland etc.

Our Church belongs to the Iglesia Evangélica Española or Spanish Evangelical Church and is one of two English speaking congregations, the other being in Torre del Mar near Málaga.

The Iglesia Evangélica Española is a Presbyterian Church and our congregation was aligned with it on its foundation as the one recommended by the Baptist, Congregationalist, Methodist and United Reform Churches in UK. We are one of four churches making up the Presbytery of Levante, the others being Alicante, Cartagena and Valencia.

The Iglesia Evangélica Española also has links with the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, with the Church of Scotland and the Presbyterian Church of USA.
