"Finding Our Way In The Wilderness"

In today's sermon from Matthew´s gospel, the Spirit leads Jesus into the wilderness – a time of prayer, fasting and testing that prepares him for his ministry and the journey ahead. As we walk with Jesus through the season of Lent, the spiritual practices of these forty days draw us deeper into Christ's journey, and into the new life God is forming in us.   Watch the video to find out more.

"Salt and Light"

In today´s scripture lesson from the “Sermon on the Mount,” Jesus tells his followers, “You are the salt of the earth” and “the light of the world”. Jesus reminds us of our identity in Christ, called to make a distinctive difference through lives shaped by his teachings.

"What The Lord Requires"

In our scripture readings today from Micah and Matthew´s “Sermon on the Mount,” we encounter God´s enduring call. The prophet tells us what God requires: justice, mercy, and humility. Through the Beatitudes, Jesus describes what that looks like, and names it blessed.
